With vast experience in both large global businesses with complex matrix structures as well as small to mid-sized organizations, Mark has a passion for helping to develop a culture of innovation, increase job fulfillment, build trusted relationships, and boost team effectiveness. 

As a Certified Facilitator of Patrick Lencioni’s The 6 Types of Working Genius, Mark has recently pioneered this groundbreaking model for teamwork in various organizations (from global Fortune 500s to local non-profits) driving more productive, relationally dependent, and ultimately… happier and healthier teams!

His life mission is equipping and inspiring people and goes beyond the borders of the business world.
