What to Expect From a Workshop?
A Working Genius Workshop can be customized in many ways depending on your specific needs, but below is an example of a standard agenda that tends to work for most organizations. Workshops are typically done in either 2, 4, or 8 hour sessions with both pre-shop planning and assessments and post-workshop follow-ups toward driving adoption and success on identified commitments.
